No account or profile is created. The current conversation stays in the page while you use it, but the Wellbeing Hub does not intentionally store a chat history. Your question and relevant hub excerpts are processed to generate the answer; see AI and your privacy for the detail.

The current stories are composites inspired by common experiences across aquatics. They do not portray real individuals. This is stated alongside the collection so readers can understand the context.

Use the concern pathway when something serious needs to reach the people responsible for wellbeing, safeguarding or integrity—for example abuse, bullying, harassment, discrimination, unsafe conduct or a sustained wellbeing concern.

You do not need to use a formal concern form for a routine question that the hub can answer. If you are unsure, the support guide on the Contact page will help you choose.

The concern form is designed to allow an anonymous submission without asking for a name, email address or phone number. Avoid including identifying details in the message itself if you do not want the receiving team to infer who you are.

An anonymous report cannot receive a direct reply or progress update because there is no contact method attached to it.

Yes. The Sport Integrity Commission provides an independent complaints route. Following that link takes you to their service; Be Heard does not send your form or assistant conversation with you.
