These plain-language terms set the boundaries for using the Wellbeing Hub and its Be Heard concerns and complaints portal.

Not an emergency or clinical service

Using the hub and Be Heard responsibly

Use the service to find information, seek support or share a genuine concern. Do not use it to harass someone, knowingly submit false information, test the form with real personal data, or interfere with the service.

We aim to keep information clear and current, but content can change. Check linked source material and use an appropriate professional or independent service when a decision carries safety, medical or legal consequences.

Availability and change

Features may be updated, paused or kept unavailable while privacy, security or operational requirements are completed. Material changes should be reflected in these pages before a feature is enabled.
