Wellbeing Hub
How each pathway works
The hub offers a few clearly different ways in. This page explains what each one is for, what happens after you choose it, and how to tell them apart.
Be Heard
The concerns and complaints portal, for behaviour, safety, safeguarding, bullying, discrimination, coaching or selection concerns. Submit anonymously or leave your details, and it reaches the reviewers responsible for that kind of concern.

None of these routes is an emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, call 111 first.

Ask the hub
The information assistant. It answers routine wellbeing, team and safe-sport questions from the hub's published guidance and links to the pages behind each answer. Nothing you type is treated as a report.

Free support on 1737
A free, confidential counselling line run outside the Collective. Call or text at any time to talk with a trained counsellor. Nothing you say is passed on, and nothing starts inside the sport.

Anyone who raises something in good faith is protected from retaliation, kept informed, and treated with care, whether or not the concern proves founded.

Sport Integrity Commission
Separate from the Collective, for complaints about integrity, safety and welfare that you would rather raise outside the sport. Choosing the Commission does not close off Be Heard, and the Collective cooperates with its processes.

Injuries and near misses
Health and safety incidents belong in an incident report, not in Be Heard. The incident report page explains the current process and links to the official form, so a record exists for the people responsible for safety.

Where to go next
Choosing between them
Something serious: Be Heard. A routine question: Ask the hub. Talking privately: 1737. Outside the sport: the Sport Integrity Commission. A safety incident: an incident report. Unsure? Start with Ask the hub and it will point you onward.
