Mental wellbeing
This is Health New Zealand's wellbeing space for rangatahi. It replaces The Lowdown, which has closed. It talks about what young people deal with: who you are, where you belong, looking after yourself day to day, and who to turn to.
It does not assume something is wrong. You can start with whatever part feels useful and leave the rest.
What to expect
A free page that leads on to advice and support, with no account needed. The site also has a zero-data option, so it can be used without mobile data.
Good to know
It is written for young people to explore on their own terms. Adults are welcome to read it, but it works best when a young person chooses what to look at.
